Description
Spanish Grant is a beach-to-bay community on Galveston’s west end. The neighborhood has two separate homeowners associations, one for the bayside sections, one for the beachside sections. The bayside section restricts short-term rentals. With beach, bay, canal and dry lots, there’s something for everyone in Spanish Grant!
